Grave scandal, Revised Penal Code

1. Concept

Article 200. Grave scandal. - The penalties of arresto mayor and public censure shall be imposed upon any person who shall offend against decency or good customs by any highly scandalous conduct not expressly falling within any other article of this Code. (Act No. 3815, Revised Penal Code)

2. Mode of commission

Elements of the offense:

1) The offender offends against decency or good customs; and,

2) He commits such acts by any highly scandalous conduct not expressly falling within any other article of this Code.
