Section 8, Canon IV

SECTION 8. Lifelong learning. – A competent lawyer engages in lifelong learning through the continued development of professional skills. (2023 Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability or CPRA)

1. Lifelong learning

Under this section, competent lawyers are expected to engage “in lifelong learning through the continued development of professional skills.”
