SECTION 10. Non-legal activities. -A lawyer who is engaged in business or other non-legal profession shall likewise observe the ethical duties and responsibilities of a lawyer under the CPRA. (2023 Code of Professional Responsibility and Accountability or CPRA)
1. Non-legal activities
Under this section, and for those engaged in business and other non-legal professions, lawyers are required to “observe the ethical duties and responsibilities of a lawyer under the CPRA.”
